Holy shit. That is not even salvageable...have you tried the screwdriver test? I would just cut it and fit it with aluminum for less weight.

That entire floor pan replacement will breath new life into this car. Does the rust crawl up any pillars? I would take a grinder and get some paint off to double check. For both age and reputation, I think it's salvageable. The floor pan can't even really cost that much.
A place I've been recommended for replacement panels is Sherman Parts , their prices are really good, if you aren't already looking there.

yea but there's patch panels for these, cut it and replace, no big deal (just scary looking) The Montego needs some help in this area too
